Shellie Rabner, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Shellie Rabner, MSN, APRN, FNP-C has enjoyed working as a nurse for over 20 years. A majority of her work experience has been in the ER. She has been with Phipps Family Medicine since 2022 and has loved the change to primary care. Utah is where she was born and raised and where she graduated from Brigham Young University with her Bachelor’s degree. She has known her husband, Peter, since high school and together they have 5 kids. They have lived in Texas since 2009. Being with her family is one of her greatest joys! Shellie also enjoys running, reading, and cooking. She is an active member of her church and loves being involved in serving there.

Callie Britton, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Callie Britton, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is Board Certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been in practice with Phipps Family Medicine and Live Well Aesthetics since 2022. She was born and raised in Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She also enjoys listening reading and listening to her favorite podcast, Crime Junkies.

Amy Wells, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Amy Wells, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC was raised in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Texas with her family in 2008. She became a registered nurse in 1996 and worked as a cardiac and trauma critical care nurse for several years before moving overseas and shifting her focus to global and integrative health care. In her spare time she enjoys being with family and friends, community volunteerism, travel, water sports, and all things music. She is also a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan.

Ashly Shelton, MHA, BSHA, CMA

Ashly has been a certified medical assistant since 2011 and has worked alongside Dr. Phipps a majority of those years. A true local girl, she was born and raised in Flower Mound, TX and graduated from Marcus High School. Ashly now resides in Sherman with her husband and 2 children. When she is not watching her teen children participate in sports, she enjoys photography and crafting.

Abbey Milstead

Abbey was born and raised in Denton county and grew up participating in horse events as well as raising cattle in the area. She graduated from Lewisville High School and attended North Central Texas College on agricultural scholarships. Abbey has been in customer service since 2006 and had a 12 year career in the high-end jewelry industry, earning several awards and certifications through Jewelers of America, Gemology institute of America and multiple diamond and jewelry vendors. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, being outdoors, watching her children participate in sports activities, and attending Dallas Stars hockey games. She married her husband in 2017, and is raising a son and daughter. She loves serving the community that she grew up in.
